Doverte Brook is crafted at a small, family-run vineyard located in the heart of Gloucestershire. Our story started four years ago when Ed, Emma, and their children chose to establish their own vineyard at Binley Farm with the goal of producing high-quality wines.
The land was meticulously chosen, with the ideal spot selected for planting Pinot Noir grapes. The family dedicated their heart and soul to nurturing the vines to maturity, all the while dreaming of the day they could harvest their first crop and savor the fruits of their labour.
The rosé had a delightful hint of peach, perfectly balancing sweetness and acidity. It was crisp and refreshing, making it the ideal wine for a warm spring day. We all agreed it was a fantastic first effort and eagerly anticipated what other surprises the vineyard had in store for us.
As we continued to sip and savor the rosé, we couldn't help but feel proud of our accomplishment. It had been a long journey from planting the vines to harvesting the grapes and then carefully fermenting and bottling the wine. But it was all worth it to taste the fruits of our labor and share it with loved ones.
