This award-winning wine (Bronze, WineGB Awards) is crafted from grapes harvested in 2023 and was newly released in August 2024. A blend of Bacchus and Schönburger, with just 20% aged in oak barrels, it offers a more delicate and refined expression of Bacchus. The nose reveals a harmonious bouquet of white peach and jasmine, accented by a subtle hint of herbal verbena. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with partial barrel aging and malolactic fermentation adding texture and complexity. The finish is long, elegant, and mineral-driven.
